Hakam Din accepts payments via PayPal, credit or debit card (through PayPal), and bank wire transfer. All available options will be shown at checkout. For bank-to-bank wire transfers, you will receive our account details by email after completing your order.

Expedited Worldwide shipping:

Hakam Din ships worldwide via DHL, UPS, DPEX, and FedEx for fast and reliable delivery. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 days to arrive at your door, although times may vary depending on your country or region.

Normal Worldwide shipping:

Hakam Din uses the National Postal Service for standard worldwide shipping. Your package will be delivered through your country’s postal service. This method typically takes 20 to 25 days for delivery to your door, although delivery times may vary depending on the country or region.

Waiting Time: 

Some of our products require a waiting period of 15 to 25 days or longer. Please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping option. Not all items listed on our website are available for immediate dispatch, so the shipping time begins after the waiting period. (We recommend contacting us after placing your order to confirm the current waiting time.)

Shipping From:

Since 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the decision to close our warehouses in the USA and UK. As a result, all products are now shipped directly from our factory in Pakistan to customers worldwide. Please note that upon arrival, you may be required to pay import duties, although these are generally minimal.

Damage Upon Arrival, Return, Shipping and Refund:

If, for any reason, your instrument is damaged during transportation or customs inspection (for example, during checks for prohibited substances by authorities, which may cause leaks, deliberate scratches, or bent parts), you have two options:

1) You may have it repaired by your local repair technician, and we will refund the repair cost to you.

2) You may return the instrument for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. (Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.)

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the instrument is sent back only after receiving our return instructions. Your prompt communication allows us to expedite the resolution process efficiently.
